So finally I also got a powerbook
It’s a 15″ with 1.5 G4
Installed lots of software which I might list here in the future but for now just a quick hack how to make the terminal window to focus-follows-mouse:

defaults write com.apple.Terminal FocusFollowsMouse -string YES

Paste this into your terminal and restart it.
